1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 288bet platform (the "Platform") in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating a player account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming a promotional offer — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

288bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator") reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility and Registration

To open a player account and use the 288bet Platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

288bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and/or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 288bet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 288bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your failure to notify us promptly of a suspected breach.

All transactions carried out using your account credentials are presumed to have been made by you. If you suspect that a third party has accessed your account, you must change your password immediately and contact support. 288bet may temporarily suspend your account during any investigation into suspected unauthorised access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 288bet Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank debit/credit cards (City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank). 288bet may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a promotional offer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours (9am–9pm) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
• Verification requirement: The first withdrawal from any account is subject to identity verification. We reserve the right to request verification at any subsequent withdrawal at our discretion.
• Matching payment methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 288bet support.
• No third-party payments: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

288bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Players are responsible for any such fees charged by their payment provider.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

288bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are clearly displayed at the point of opt-in. The following general conditions apply to all 288bet promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms.

This includes, but is not limited to, bonus stacking, multi-accounting, and coordinated wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value while minimising genuine risk.
• Withdrawal restriction: Where a bonus is active on an account, the account balance may not be eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Players may forfeit a bonus before completion — in which case any bonus-derived balance will be removed, and only the remaining real-money balance (if any) will be withdrawable.

288bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-period, 288bet will take reasonable steps to communicate this to affected players and, where appropriate, will honour any wagering progress already accumulated prior to cancellation.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 288bet Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, sports betting). In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is displayed on your screen and recorded in your transaction history. 288bet is not responsible for bets that fail due to network interruption before confirmation.
• Insufficient funds: Bets may not be placed if your account balance is insufficient to cover the total stake. 288bet does not extend credit to players.
• Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or human error that results in an incorrectly displayed odds, payout, or game result, 288bet reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the original stake. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 288bet Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one player account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Allowing or facilitating the use of your account by any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in ways not sanctioned by 288bet.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players or with staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Chargebacks — initiating a payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for a deposit that has been used on the Platform. Chargebacks will be treated as fraud and pursued accordingly.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

288bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, injunction, or regulatory instruction requiring account action.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months (dormant account policy — a notice will be sent to the registered email before closure).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, the remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from 288bet. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may be pursued through legal channels.

10 Limitation of Liability
